Suite Of Georgian Silver Candlesticks & Candelabra

A suite of Georgian silver candlesticks and candelabra comprising a pair of three light silver candelabra and four silver candlesticks by John Green and Co. The candelabra's stem decorated with four lion paws and bands of geometric Egyptian inspired decoration above a round base decorated with a tulip leaf and anthemion moulding and engraved with a griffin crest. The scrolling candle arms retain their original sconces and drip pans which are decorated with a laurel leaf moulding to the edge. Clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1804.
