A George III Chippendale period mahogany chest of drawers; the cornice decorated with blind gothic fretwork above two short and five long oak lined drawers which retain their original Rococo swan neck handles flanked by canted corners which are decorated with blind fretwork; raised on bold ogee bracket feet.
The chest of drawers is a classic example of early Chippendale furniture; the swan neck handles and escutcheons are wonderful and I love the bold ogee bracket feet.
