Seventeenth Century Oak Side Table
A rare late 17th Century oak side table; the table's top unusually with a moulding running round the edge above a frieze drawer and raised on turned legs united by elegantly curving stretchers and standing on the original bun feet.
This table retains an excellent colour and has an unusually sophisticated design; the proportion of the turned legs and the shape formed by the stretchers is particularly pleasing. The table's escutcheon is original and the pear drop handles are through the original holes.
