A Small Lacquer Cabinet On Stand
A late 17th Century Japanese Edo period lacquer cabinet raised on a giltwood stand; the doors decorated with a mythical landscape populated by cloud trees, birds and houses open to reveal a fully fitted interior decorated with further landscape scenes. Retaining its original engraved and chased metalwork. Raised on a later gilded stand.
