A Regency Period Carved Giltwood Convex Mirror
The circular convex mirror plate within an ebonised and reeded slip and a dished frame which is decorated with bronzed balls. Surmounted by a bronzed and gilded eagle above a crisply carved spray of acanthus leaves, with an acanthus leaf apron from which springs four candle arms.
