Well Patinated Set Of 12 Sheraton Period Mahogany Dining Chairs

This item is sold

The three splat back carved with stylised capitals above scrolling arms which are channel moulded, having a drop-in seat and raised on square tapering legs which are united by an H-stretcher.

These dining chairs are unusual for a long set in retaining a good colour and patination and this is testament to their survival without any major repairs. The chairs are a sophisticated rendering of a classic Sheraton design. Their generous seats and gracefully raked back legs make them extremely comfortable to sit in and their unusually tall backs allow them to look elegant when arranged around a dining table.
