A beautifully patinated early Nineteenth Century ash and fruitwood vernacular armchair from the Lancashire/ Cheshire region; the yoke top rail above a vase shaped splat and a rush seat; having broad outswept arms and raised on turned legs terminating in pad feet. This armchair is of wonderfully gutsy form and retains an exceptional colour and patination.
