Chippendale Period White Painted Mirror In The Rococo Style
A Chippendale period Rococo painted and carved mirror: the original mirror plate set within a frame carved with C and S scrolls and garlands of flowers surmounted by a beautifully carved raffle leaf cartouche. This mirror retains its original mirror plate and paintwork finish which has been carefully dry scraped to remove later gilding.
