A superb Georgian mahogany tripod table; the beautifully figured tilt-top above a wrythen turned stem which is raised on elegantly drawn cabriole legs which terminate in pad feet.
The construction of this Georgian tripod table is very unusual; the base unscrews from the block in the manner of a piecrust table. A feature I never seen before. The top is made from the finest Cuban mahogany and the tripod table retains a superb colour and patination.
